There may be instances where HG Insights removes a technology records from an Account or Lead profile due to refinements to HG's core dataset or changes to the Account or Lead objects themselves. These can be identified using the Inactive field on the HG Insights Technology and HG Insights Technology for Leads records.
To help with this HG Insights for Salesforce includes functionality to automatically delete those records to help keep the data clean and clear.
