These steps explain how administrators can manage licenses to HG Insights in Salesforce. Only users who have been assigned a license will be able to view, or access HG Insights information within Salesforce.
Do Note that HG Insights will need to activate your License to HG For Salesforce to complete this step. Your license may also need to be reset after an upgrade.

- Go to Setup and type "installed packages" in the Quick Find box.
- Locate HG Data and click "Manage Licenses".
- Here you will see a list of all the currently licensed users.
- To add users to HG Data click Add Users, select the users you wish to provide access to, and click Add.
- To remove users from HG Data, click "Remove Multiple Users", select the users you wish to remove and click Remove.
